Don't know enough about this to know if it is off or just a weirdass bottle of champagne. I like it (Subjectively)...bit super vegetal w green bell peppers and olive cured meats. Again, weird but I like it

2012 "Autrement" (sans-soufre cuvée) so very ripe. Wish I knew what the standard characteristics for '12 were like. Seemed like it had more oak and botrytis than standard Fosse-Grely. But it has been a long time.
