Pale grey pink rim and ruby color.
Olfactory notes are spicy, chocolate dessert, tiramisu, and floral.
Sour bramble and fresh charcoal on the palate, medium acid, lots of structure.

Red fruit, especially cherry in the nose and palate. Young wine with prominent tannins, would help to aerate. Went very well with a mild cheddar.
