Revisit next day, texture become more silky, still with some red and dark fruit note, savory note is more pronounced, still beautiful.

Dec 1st, 2015Well-built. Three hours in the carafe and only with the second glass revealed its secondary aromas. First, a lot of ripe fruit: currant (I can't decide, red or black), and above all - ripe plum. Then leather, forest floor (such a nice damp rot 😎) and vanilla. Maybe chocolate or maybe it's just my imagination.
