Fantastic. Vibrant. Strong backbone, dark red fruit evolving in different layers on the finish, super smooth. That 8 years in the bottle makes a difference. Best Chianti Classico I had in the last 2-3 years. Where have you been???

Sangiovese blend with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Nothing particularly stood out to me about this wine but is wasn’t bad either. Medium body, high acidity. Flavours of red currant and in particular, clay pot on the palette.
