The Reserve To Kalon Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep red color, pepper, spicy, ash on smell. Long persistence, high acidity, oaky, meaty, much better to pair with something, a t-bone steak works perfect with it.

To Kalon, baby! Elegant AF, finish is a bit short though. Still very beautiful and polished.

Dark purple/black with an intense nose of black currant black cherries, black plum, black licorice and cloves. Elegant yet weighty mouthfeel. Flint and graphite mingle with cherry jam, mint and black pepper. Together that saddle up with a leathery finish and take a long ride down the brooding highway with a cigar in one hand and a mocha in the other. #napavalley #robertmondavi #cabernetsauvignon
