Reserve Carneros Chardonnay

I'm generally not a Chardonnay fan, but this is delicious. Great acidity.

Still had good body. Tart lemon. Cantaloupe. For being 12 years old it was still delicious.

A bit over the top. Lots of butter and oak.

Luscious, depth , good acid. Works well with food.

Astonishing, a 2006 that exhibited crisp acidity and richness in body. Lovely crème brûlée notes and a long finish. Total surprise for a bottle I thought would be long gone. Luckily, I was wrong.

A little butter, a little mineral very enjoyable.

Жирная цедра лимона, кожица айвы, ананасовый десерт, алоэ, ваниль, сливочное печенье. Полно в теле и вкусе, с достаточной кислотностью и выраженным дубом. Фактурно, не слишком глубоко, экспрессивно скорее по горизонтали, чем по вертикали, но не чрезмерно в своей чувственности. Прямолинейно и настойчиво.

Very crisp and clean with not a lot of oak or butter.
