Super structured entry level from Roagna. Near garnet in the glass. Loads of dried red fruits and herbs with intense grip and nice acidity. Hold or pair with rib roast.

Aging to a beautiful brick color. Nice and grippy, lots of dried roses, violets, tar. Cherries and some prune, a little ferrous, well-rounded acids and elegant. Barbaresco-esque. From Flatiron Wines. 02/14/22

Outperforms. Hard to think this is a basic Langhe Nebbiolo. Classic Nebbiolo profile, balance, beautiful tannins. Lighter than a full bore Barolo. But still.
