Next allocation is coming, wanted to see how the last allocation was doing...was expecting more. So much potential, yet missing something.

Rich, intense, spicey and velvety. A tasty wine that was pleasing each of the several times I revisited it over the course of an evening when partying with our lovely friends Amanda and @Daniel_Moritz.

14.5% alc.

Shared with good folks on one of those nights where I find myself drinking and enjoying rather than tasting/analyzing.

Who says I don't drink Corona?!
Rivers-Marie 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Corona Vineyard
Indeed Napa, red, blue and black fruit bands, not much on the tannin again...also a 2009, maybe it's 2009? Dense and more fresh than brooding.

TRB goodness. Changed dramatically over an hour. Fierce tannins softened quickly and the beauty of oakville came through. Could use time but entering drinking window.

On the pour dusty chocolate nose, becoming more prevalent on the swirl, body full with red & black fruit accompanied by soft tannins that framed the fruit nicely with medium long finish. No need for lime with this Corona.

Cali cab with some age and 45 day home dry aged beef is such a great combo.

Silky smooth with just enough tannins to make me happy. $125-150? This warrants it. Worthy of a nice occasion or baked mostaccioli on a Wednesday night.
