Mar 16th, 2015It would be more useful if Delectable labelled these with what the numbers actually mean: No. 3 is the Clare Valley riesling. And what a joy it is, full of juicy lemon, vital and bright, but with the bristling acid softened from what it was at release. Lemon barley cordial without the sweetness. Still very much on the youthful side with only a hint on the nose of secondary development to come. Incredibly moreish.
