Much lighter than I had expected. I would say this is at peak. More minerals than fruit coming through, but excellent with a steak thanks to a nice acidity.

Good but not exceptional Chianti. Much better once open 1 hour. Some nice earthy flavors in the finish. Start was a little dull, and there is not much nose.
