A different way of understanding #sangiovese and the #terroir of #Tuscany elegance and finesse. — 4 years ago
100% Sangiovese. Bright ruby red color with a slightly brick colored rim. Quite tertiary on the nose as earth, dried violets, burnt rubber and tobacco are front and center with a hint of dried red fruits. Pallet also features dried red fruits and plums. Plenty of acidity and a bit of well integrated tannins. Medium-plus body. Aging quite nicely. Thanks for opening this one, John B! — 10 months ago
