Lovely wine, very easy drinking blend. Paired very well with charcuterie. I recommend letting it decant for 1 hour to let the tannins kind of chill out. Wonderful fruit!

Delicious. Fruity with a French accent. Not as deep or complex as the similar Lyntton Syrah Viognier... the Grenache and Mataro in this blend adds fun fruit and washes out austerity.

Nice vanilla and jam compote nose, which carries through to the palate. Beautiful mouthfeel, which is smooth and lithe. Mature cherries and vanillin complete a strong showing.

Cinnamon toast and vanilla creme brulee. Balanced and silky texture with firm earth surrounding more new world flavors. Oregano and mint and sandpaper tannins. A wine that is much more "California" than I expected from Ridge. Actually some pleasant acidity tying the whole flavor profile together. Well made and very complex but I think a tad over-oaked.
