Hoisin, plum on the palate with really smooth, but firm tannins. Delicious. Perfect with Chinese food, especially the moo shu pork

Hits the nose with some black/blue fruit, olive. Excellent balance and depth with some blackberry and leather. Silky tannin gives a nice 30 sec finish. Ridge. Always a fav.
