Hut Block Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally serviceable wine. Blackcurrant, plum, toasty oak and scattering of leaf and dusty undertones. Drinks well, but no fireworks here

香港の柔道家からいただいた豪州カベルネ。若干の青臭さはありますが、濃厚であり、長熟ならではの滑らかなタンニンとアフターの長さは特筆物です。

Nice grape fragrant, and smooth to drink

Nice nose. Still strong tannins even after 5 years. Not big fruit so will age potentially another 5 years at most. Nice but not mind blowing.
