Devon Riesling

This has a ton of character for an entry level Riesling. Nose has lots of both dry minerals and Chablis-broth like earthiness. Intense apply/citrus fruit with a note of pineapple/petrol. Intensely-flavored on entry, and nearly dry (which is weird given 9.5% alc). Crisp acids. Only quibble is I wish the finish were a bit longer.

Easily one of the finest $20 bottles of wine I've tasted. The shale soils shine in this fruit from vines planted in the early 1980's.

Amazing tangy citrus flavor

Tons of aroma out the gate. Underripe sour plums and green apples with a lemony finish. high acid, medium bodied. Very compelling and very very dry. A great value bottle

Love this Riesling. It's dry, but the fruit character just bursts out of the glass. Refreshing and complex, with plenty of mineral and brioche-like aromas and an everlong finish.

Delightful Riesling with strong lemon, citrus flavors with a nice crisp finish. Enjoyable with food or own it's own.

Clean and crisp with just a bit of residual sugar.
