Color of slightly deeper egg white with a touch of green hue. Nose of mineral, honey, green apple, and a bit gasoline. I would mistake her for Riesling. Taste is light with salty mineral and honey note, some acidity from citrus, quite clean and pleasant. Aftertaste of similar notes from taste with quite long grapefruit like acidity and zest, and a bit warmth. She is above average.
