Reynvaan Family Vineyards
The Classic Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

I take back what I said to @Paul Treadway Huntington Beacher Bum about this wine. One dimensional, no structure or acid to talk about. Disappointing to say the least. Avoid this like the plague.
Air is its friend, so I’ve taken up the score a couple of digits. Still a major pass, tho.

First opening tight, overly structured, and a little bit of a muddled mess. Give it two days and drank the rest and all of a sudden it was a delightful chewy, slightly pastry, red fruit, earthy, a bit of a savory tasty glass. It’s crazy it needed at least three days of air to really develop itself, but it was very Tight for the first half of the bottle and maybe it just needs time.

Woof did this have some funk, even after a 2 hour decent. Got better after that.

Not sure I totally get this wine but crazy interesting, the rocks is such a unique profile. Low acid, not a hint of greenness no tannic edges. Black fruit, decanted, Ermitage wood. Guess there was an 11 but I never saw it.

Very Elegant. Rich, bold, smooth. Maybe not the most interesting Cab ever, but made with finesse and worth every penny!!
