Walnut skins, super fresh and flavorful tomato (but the aftertaste), medicinal mushrooms (most often found in the kitchens of Chinese grandmothers), with a strangely clean but nutty finish like cucumber skins and jarlsberg could somehow coexist on the palate.

Bone dry with lots of nuttiness. On the palate I was also getting notes of butterscotch, ginger, juniper berry and a hint of tart apple. I'm still developing my palate for Port and fortified wines. I prefer dry wines but when it comes to fortified wines I prefer sweet.

Deep gold. Nutty almond notes with caramel and paraffin. On the palate medium sweet with dried herb and sage notes. Pronounced flavour intensity with a long finish. Very good. Drink now.
