Incredible purity of fruit, reminded me of a very generous GSM from AUS - this had Syrah dominating with gorgeous dark fruit (red & black) with some terrific smoke, white pepper, tar, dirty & dusty with caressing tannins with balanced acidity carrying the whole package thru impressive finish. 63% Grenache / 37% Syrah...it was a beauty...opened up after about an hour and nice fruit with that earthy notes coming in to finish out like silk! It was a good one!
