In the mouth, still tastes pretty youthful, with an athletic feel. Iodine, earth, tons of liquid minerally notes. Fruit is not the focus. Acids and tannins are assertive but balanced. I love this winery. Such a great value.

The cherry fruit is ridiculous, but shows some savory stuff as the long finish evolves. Some chalky, fine tannin. Very nice acidity. What a value!

Insert pretentious wine notes here. It was great, well balanced slightly earthy with dark cherries on the back end, but not overly fruity. Local store had it for $15, a damn good bargain for the quality,
