Had at Corso. Excellent. — 10 months ago
Classic amarone: Prunes, figs, raisins, dark chocolate notes with great firm tannins but still fresh and acidity. Brighter than other years but definitely a tasty wine that pairs well with steak or certain desserts. Definitely will try other vintages. — a month ago
Took a good hour to open up. But once it did there was good fruit and a decent earthy base. Lots of integrated structure — 7 months ago
Lovely aromatics, ripe red fruit, internationally pleasing. Organic wine. Big, fruity, med+ acid, med- tannin, nice balance with hint of herbaceousness. Quite different than the benchmark CC style. $65 — 4 years ago
