Nice acidity dry bite with fine to medium tannins. I found black fruits & pepper but wouldn't have necessarily have identified it as a Chianti. It was ok, so-so, nothing interesting in the flavour.

I’m no wine expert but I really enjoyed it. Doesn’t last well, but when you first open snd let it breath it’s nice! Fruity snd not overpowering.

Had the 2020 in September of 2022. Nice dry Chianti with the typical cherry flavors. We enjoyed this tonight with caprese and leftovers of grilled meat and roasted veggies. Came in a WSJ box and we were very pleased with this one.

Enjoyed drinking with family, but didn’t have much of the typical Sangiovese characteristics. Simple and direct, easy to focus on the friends you’re drinking with. Just a little fruit and earth.
