Nice Bianco blend from Tuscany! Not a light bodied white, a little viscosity, a little zippy minerality. Long finish. Great with my mesclun salad with grilled sausage. Because of the body, I think this will transition nicely through late fall 2014.

Surprising depth of flavor. Lots of fruit rather than flowers.

Understated white flower aromas, medium-light body, moderate acidity, green apple palate and citrus oil + wet stone notes on the finish. It’s definitely a wine that likes to be served warmer than fridge, closer to 13°C. #toscana
