Oh boy was this a big cab! This is the sort of cab that made me fall in love with Washington reds. A more refined spicy sweaty socks fruit wine with a touch of acid. Dig it!!

I like this producer; and this wine was a great representation of 2009 in Walla Walla. Unapologetic oak and ripeness that still doesn't feel heavy or out of balance.

understated cab, not too fruit-forward, musty at the beginning but opens to a beautiful fragrant nose with depth and beautiful structure. best with food but delicious alone.

Cabernet Sauvignon (76%) with some Merlot (21%) and Petite Verdot (3%). Really a Walla Walla Bordeaux Blend. Aromas and flavors of black currants, plums and dark cherry. Additional notes of cocoa, minerals and dried rose petals. Hints of eucalyptus, baking spices and earth. Gripping tannins that are balanced with some nice acidity. Deep ruby color. Good stuff.

Soft aromatics, mid weight, ripe blue fruit and sweet cassis, def a fair amount new oak, integrated tannins, and fair acidity balancing it all out.

This Cab was excellent! And maybe because if this awesome steak Tammy cooked with it in a bed of pepper, coriander and tomatoes. It was awesome. Full bodied, vibrant red fruit with a nice earthy finish.
