So fruity and pungently floral on the nose, with some tangy mineral notes. Fresh, crisp, and with great limestone-type minerality (not sure if it’s grown on limestone but that’s what it tasted like). Was much better as it warmed toward cool room temp.

Missed the 2013 and the bottle change. Still a delicious rose, but dilute compared to previous years (growing production? I don't know).

Strawberry nose. Dry! High minerality , fresh, strawberry pie, Mexican lime, crisp a joy to drink and much more interesting than many Provence Rose's. Could have this with Bratwurst or white meat almost too complex for a delicate fish dish like like for example trout.
