A fantastic wine. Delicious fruit, and everything was well integrated. A nice contrast from the bottle of Burgundy consumed prior.

Befitting name for what may be the best Pinot I've ever had (and that includes a 1998 Mazi-Chambertin). Tart cherries and dried roses descending into layers of cedar, baking spices, dried mint leaves, Darjeeling tea, and tobacco leaves. Similar flavors dance on the tongue, making your spine tingle. Hyperbole? No.
