This is one of the most structured and complex Cava’s I’ve ever tasted; muy bien!! Dry and biodynamiclly farmed in Alt Penedes, grower/producer champaignoise. Complex, fine, persistent, and delicious🥂

45 months on lees. Full of mushroom, truffle, fino and Recaredo funk. #cava...who needs Champagne?

Lovely Cava fresh and elegant, two bottles tried over tapas dinner, fresh crisp and delicious. Gold color, lovely small bubbles, great acidity and freshness, better than some champagnes and another great value from spain. My score 87, drink when you feel bubbly. Cheers
