This is one of the most structured and complex Cava’s I’ve ever tasted; muy bien!! Dry and biodynamiclly farmed in Alt Penedes, grower/producer champaignoise. Complex, fine, persistent, and delicious🥂

45 months on lees. Full of mushroom, truffle, fino and Recaredo funk. #cava...who needs Champagne?

Nice cava to start the night for a Spanish wine dinner. Fresh, clean and crisp.

Lovely Cava fresh and elegant, two bottles tried over tapas dinner, fresh crisp and delicious. Gold color, lovely small bubbles, great acidity and freshness, better than some champagnes and another great value from spain. My score 87, drink when you feel bubbly. Cheers

Biodynamic Cava. Aged for 55 months sur latte. Lemons, wax and minerals. Great stuff.
