Farella Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

A great wine that will continue to evolve. Ripe black fruits, dark chocolate, and underbrush on the nose. The palate is intense with complex flavors of black currants, blackberries, pencil shavings, cocoa, menthol and a savory note of oregano.

Typical Realm style which I quite like. At one point I got a hint of bacon and buttered popcorn. 🍷 how come there is no bacon or popcorn emoji with the new Apple iOS update? Mr fish would use it all the time as it goes with everything. Drink this wine up it is in the last act of the play, and worthy of your applause.

Bottle #2. Do you think maybe Realm will let Dave buy a bottle of the Beckstoffer Dr. Crane now? Nah, me neither.

Incredible. Tons of fruit left with nice tannins. Dark brooding purple no bricking. Long life ahead. Love Realm and love Farella. 💯

Good. Not their best effort perhaps in terms of longevity, but still good.

From Magnum. Started off subdued and after about 2hrs the game changed. Amazing. Fruit, terroir, and complexity few in Napa seem to a achieve. A must have for the vintage, and winery.

Dessert tonight. Was chasing what I had a few weeks ago at our Realm tasting with Juan. This was a step behind the last time but still awesome. Deep dark and multi dimensional. The 12 is even better but this is oh so good. For my palette better than the to kalon and Dr Crane.
