Wow everyone just loved this vintage. Full body and so smooth. Paired very well with Rib Eye steaks and new potatoes. A real treat.

News Flash: It is true. Finger Lakes red wine can age with the best. Aromas of cedar, tobacco and earth. Flavors that mingle dark fruit and tar with a round, smooth mouthfeel. Finish was moderate to short with herbaceous notes but with an ample amount of acid. Herbaceous aromas developed as the bottle stayed open and wine flowed into my glass! I held this for a long time and was so nervous about it even though it had been stored perfectly. My experiment paid off and it was an amazing night with food and friends!
