Very reductive in style. Very tart lemon and lime, and really not much else. Rather dimensional. Actually got a little bit bored halfway through the bottle and did not venture to the rest. Bubbles were nice, but I think this one probably would have been more useful as a half bottle. Drink now.

Having this w a "Pastry Tasting". Oysters might be better w this one.

First time having this type of wine and I enjoyed it. Nice and dry/crisp feeling on the palate. I got a lot of green apple flavors on the nose and taste. Pairs very well with oysters.

A wonderful Cava "not Cava" as Pepe the winemaker will tell you. His efforts to create a new D.O. Will likely succeed if he continues to produce such quality at such an amazing price. A delightful treat from Spain.
