Biodynamic Silvaner from Eschendorf, fermented & aged in cement egg.
Quite reductive upon opening, shows lively ripe pear after some time, with a herby, grassy edge, a mineral edge. At the same time this is rounder than the average Silvaner.
Nice mouthfeel, round yet cool, herby, with an almost tannic edge.
Not fruity at all, with great energy, good depth & lively character.
A really nice one!
