From 375mL, under Stelvin. Great concentration of flavor, matched by aromatic intensity once it got some air. Red fruit, peppercorn and violet lead the way, filled out by umami on the finish; olives, cured meat and soy. Great value with years ahead if kept upright.

Cool climate characteristics with new world fruit. It’s a nice Syrah. Savory black pepper, leather, and bacon fat are balanced by plush, buttery blackberries.
