This was just beautiful!

Still young and closed - took a week for it open up fully - but layers and layers of complexity - flowers and spices and rich fruits.

A Port that need to breath even that old, time to settle and decant, few hours later, displaying a wine with character and expressive tannins still, rich, and multi-layered, a classic nice structure, drinking well, a smooth and great value wine even at that age price still quite low 😃👍

The first wine to celebrate my baby girls HS Graduation. So proud of her. She loves port so I surprised her with this birth year port as our dessert tonight. Graduation is tomorrow. Proud papa gonna cry

Very drinkable but needs more time in the bottle

I love this port

Complex with rich tannins that paired very well with a chocolate desert.

Tasted like fresh Concord grape juice when first opened. Really came in to its own after letting it sit for a bit.
