Tremendous #Port #wine. Rich & Powerful, balanced in all facets.
Hits with strong stewed red cherry, cherry licorice. Intense. Quickly finishes light, gliding, silky finish. Clean. Superb integration. Dark ruby color. Paired with Chocolate cake, in a white choc shell. Raspberry sauce, & port wine ice cream and raspberries. Opened 2/28/17

This is a conversion port - to be given to the wine drinker who thinks they do not care for port. It is, before all things, a WINE - great fruit on the nose and tongue. Cranberry, raspberry and sweet cherries. The finish is where the port character comes in - sweet, unctuous, but not too sweet and unctuous. Just a delight.
