Sourced from 3 sub zones in Monterrei, this energetic, juicy, mineral yet elegant blanco is a blend of organically grown Doña Blanca, Treixadura, Verdello, and Monstruosa de Monterrei. The grapes are co-fermented in stainless steel and don’t seek any oak maturation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. As Mateo referred, this Alanda Blanco is his “love letter” to the Monterrei DO!
