Sonntag geschlossen Grüner Veltliner

Awesome. Totally deep gold color. Green apple, some caramel, petrol and tulips. This is a silky, unique and wonderfully developed Gruner.

White pigeon very natural

First vintage year for this vinter. A drought stricken year it was in Austria. This wine has significant reduction as it's rested in large fass. A bit pungent upon tasting anbesol,stone fruits, mirabelle plum, &sous bois are prominent. This may need more air in order to give an honest rating.

Wow amazing texture and length, golden color and balance, wish I had more, could age longer too

Bright. A Gruner that takes cares of a old man on a hot day with a four year old.

Definite green apple. Some spice, maybe nutmeg.

Delicious and unique, orangey tone. Crisp taste, green apple notes.

Brilliant. Unlike any Gruner I’ve tasted.

Really cool stuff, 2011 fresh yet so nicely integrated. Aromatics are on point—grass, wildflowers; palate is green apple with complexity & tertiary olive & grapey notes, oily, coats the palate; long finish, very balanced acidity. Another #vomboden winner.
