Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Founded in 2003, with an annual production of over 200k cases. A blend of Merlot (63%), Cab Sauv (16%), Petite Verdot (11%) & Cab Franc (10%), from vineyards north of Jerusalem. Aromas of berry fruits and very different spicy notes. On the palate jammy berry flavors with some vanilla spice. Fine tannins, medium finish ending rich and spicy needing a robust dish to accompany. Tasting Sample.

Psagot
Israeli Cabernet blend. Peppery, fruity, start, silky mouth feel and tannic finish. Yum!

No. Absolutely not. This is all sappy wood and trickery. Could be from anywhere. Label says Israel, but you'd be hard pressed to guess that. Nothing original here. Nothing authentic. An unmitigated disaster.

Dry, tart, residual flavour of sour cherry.

GREAT pairing with southeast-Asian style hot sauce.

Inoffensive and drinkable, but really without any sense of place.

Celebrated on pour fool. It’s nice. It’s not sweet but hints at sweet. Really plummy. Had it in the airport in panama.
