Dampened aromatics. Mushrooms, bouillon, and a little soy. Took over an hour open to mount any sort of attack, and though it improved steadily it never really got to a very interesting place. A nice food wine, but one can do a lot better at the price.

GORG. Still plenty of acid, great fruit and so fun to drink a wine older than me :)
