Okaaaay, girl. I see you and your dark fruits, subtle leatheriness, and a little spice. How was this so cheap at the PLCB?

I went for the producer (a known commodity, typically good), but found a bit meh. And I usually love Dolcetto

Hay, red berries and a touch twiggy/herbal on the nose. Juicy, lively and fairly simple on the palate, quite pretty and dolcetto, but a touch hard & abrupt to finish.

Light and fresh. Good acidity with velvety tannins and medium alcohol. Cherry dominates the palate. Reasonably good stuff.

Bright ruby thin pink rim . Quite aromatic herbal tinged ripe red fruits , touch of spice . On the palate quite ripe and sweet liquorice tinged cherry , red currant and raspberry fruits . Quite fresh acidity and slightly bity tannins , ok length , slightly bitter sweet finish.

Had the 2018 with truffle burrata spaghetti. Stronger tannins and a little less rounded than the usual light/medium bodied reds from Piedmont but made up for it with dark cherry and a touch of leathery mouth feel.
