Lemon, lime, Granny Smith. Gardenia, sea salt, wet rocks. High toned and pretty. Killer value.

Citrus with minerals with a hint of grapefruit . A nice aperitif or with fish

A clean, fresh, zingy nose are the only redeeming features for this fairly simple Chablis. The palate is disappointingly sour, with a dry lingering bitterness and little fruit.

Simple, refreshing, watered down, but nothing real offensive. Lip smacking but lacks many Chablis characteristics. Costco $18.

Pre-Christmas Costco find. Not a Chablis producer that I was familiar with but ti was excellent. Classic Chablis: Chalky, oyster shell, bright lemon, tart green apple, screaming acidity. Went back last week to buy a half case but all they had was the Petite Chablis.

Delectable this is the petit Chablis. But is delicious. Lime, citrus, white pepper, maybe coriander? Crisp and nice.
