Excellent QPR for a minimally oaked style. Bright and tropical. Lemon, mango, and guava but not overly concentrated. These Santa Barbara wines are offering a taste of the domestic “old world”. Impressed for $23.

To begin this is a very light style Pinot, something I would find from OR. Medium Ruby with aromas of red fruits and enticing spice. On the palate ripe raspberry and wild juicy cherry with oak and earthy notes. Young with integrated soft tannins, well defined, elegant with underlying richness, long finish ending with flinty notes. Outstanding value!

Entry-level Chardonnay by great producer in the Santa Maria Valley, sourced from different sites in Santa Maria, Los Alamos and Sta. Rita Hills, in Santa Barbara County. Citrus, green apple, crushed seashells on the nose. Citrus (tangerine), minerals, saline. Good length

Delicious, we had their Syrah (amazing) and gave this a shot. Restrained Cali style w/toasted vanillin notes wafting & mingling w/lemon cream, some tangerine and more exotic fruit like mango & papaya. Broad lush smooth suave, gorgeous mouthfeel, tons of fruit on palate, creamy but not over the top. Really well done and probably benefiting from some bottle age.
