This is lovely. Starting to hit the secondary phase. Some toasted brioche, warm biscuit flavors. Fine mousse with delicate acidity. Broad but refined. This is really complete, sophisticated and delicious.

This is lovely stuff. Showing signs of age but very mellow and in place. Soft breads flavors with some apricot and a hint of honey. There are delicate floral notes on the midpalate and a very generous, balanced finish. Great subtle acidity too.
