#Vinitaly2014 Solaris (a variety with high resistance to diseases) grown in Val di Cembra, Trentino. Then, is a sparkling "frizzante" (2.5 bar), with very low sulfites, great technology and you can choose how to drink it: shaking it or not. Great fun, and great respect for serious oenology dedicated to "natural" approach to winemaking.

Hugely aromatic with ripe yellow peach and nectarine on the nose. Great mouthfeel from the yeast still in the bottle but you need to know how to properly serve it so it's perfectly clear. Requires upright storage and decanting. Ripe citrus and Meyer lemon on the palate. Not a wine for rookies.

Oouuuwwww, it's got bits in it! (Just kiddin)
Pear skin and passion fruit, really quite vibrant nose, plenty of tropical fruit. Nice little spritz in the mouth backs up pure orchard fruits with a bitter grapefruit tang on the finish. Improved if anything on day 2
