#Vinitaly2014 A Blanc des Blancs Grand Cru. Awesome, no more words are needed here. — 11 years ago
#Vinitaly2014 Solaris (a variety with high resistance to diseases) grown in Val di Cembra, Trentino. Then, is a sparkling "frizzante" (2.5 bar), with very low sulfites, great technology and you can choose how to drink it: shaking it or not. Great fun, and great respect for serious oenology dedicated to "natural" approach to winemaking. — 11 years ago
#Vinitaly2014 Fortana grapes are grown on sands, with 5 centuries of presence of this grape (from Camargue, France) on the shores of Adriatic Sea (North-Eastern Italy). Fresh and crisp rosé wine, I really enjoy it. — 11 years ago
#Vinitaly2014 One of the not so many among Prosecco Brut, low sugars, good finish and freshness. Good. — 11 years ago

#Vinitaly2014 Have we a new trend in Valpolicella? Some more small producers are putting emphasis on Valpolicella Superiore. Here we have a small Cru on calcareous soils with basaltic stones. Salty and rich of good acidity. Awesome Valpolicella Superiore! — 11 years ago
