Pretty color of ruby with a wide reddish rim.

Nose of red cherries, plums, raspberries, currants, light oak, licorice, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, spices, earth and black tea.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cooked cherries, spices, light oak, licorice, light vanilla, earth, light dried fruits, leather, herbs and peppercorn.

Long finish with fine grained tannins and cherries.

This is a delicious Sangiovese from Montepulciano. Fruity, with earth notes to compliment it. Elegant and rich.

Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel, and good by itself as a sipping wine.

This 5 year old Single Vineyard is showing a great nose already, and feels much older than it is.

Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime.

I had an older vintage of this wine and it showed wonderfully. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.

100% Sangiovese grapes from 40 year old vines were aged in French oak barrels for 30 months. A small production of only 3,000 bottles made.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

92 points.

Beautiful color of ruby with a wide reddish rim.

Nose of ripe plums, cooked cherries, spices, dried figs, light oak, tobacco leaf, black pepper, earth, coffee, dark chocolates, herbs and light vegetables.

Full-bodied and elegant with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with plums, currants, cherries, spices, licorice, light oak, herbs, light vegetables, black tea and peppercorn.

Long finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a delicious Sangiovese from Montepulciano, Tuscany. Powerful, yet elegant. Well balanced with a great mouthfeel.

Feels like a 20 year old Right Bank Bordeaux. Drinking this with the wine maker, makes the experience even better.

Still drinking beautifully, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.

This 11 year old is good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes in the glass.

Good by itself or with food. Paired beautifully with the tagliatelle pasta with wild boar ragu.

14% alcohol by volume.

93 points.

Sipping Fine Wine

Aromas of black fruits, herb and floral spice. On the palate plum and cherry with cedar spice, cacao and espresso notes. Fine dusty tannins, lingering finish ending with spicy pepper tones. Pricey!

16/20 (91/100)

Много вишни и черешни, тост, мак, замша. Хорошо, многопланово, молодо. Вкус полный, чай, ягоды, свежий. Небольшие творожные и маковые ноты. Насыщенно, богато. Хорошо.
