Feb 17th, 2014One of the more austere VSG we’ve had: pale straw and muted orchard fruit on nose, but really chalky w/minerals, salty saline & marine aromas. On the palate it was angular, rigid acidity some citrus but more secondary flavors from nose. Needs proper food pairing
