Wow this is excellent. Had this bottle about 18 months ago and thought it was too oaky - but absolutely delicious tonight. Perfect pairing with roasted sausages with peppers and onions. Balanced tannins, great acid, quite complete on the palate. Very nice. Decanted 2 hours.

Clean, crisp and delicious. What a wonderful expression of the fruit. It's too difficult to find Sangiovese like this.
And not only organic but from what I read they grow bio-dynamically

Nov 28th, 2023Disappointed overall. A surprising amount of newish oak overpowers most of the other aromas and flavors on both the nose and the palate. Still has some nice berry fruit and a long finish with balanced acid. Nice pairing with pork chops.
