Well... kind of plummy! Red and bright and firmly acidic with a sweet/savory mix of fresh picked Prunus. After a while and overnight some volatility comes out which adds to the complexity.

Classical Nero d’Avola, quite some red fruit with strawberries and raspberries. Distinctive dark purple colour. Tannines are a bit on the dominant side, acidity is ok. Certainly to combine with food (red grilled/roasted meat, tomato sauce, etc.).
