Rich, peppery, spice, grainy tannins, would probably last decades but it's drinkable and enjoyable now.

Har inte full harmoni mellan frukt och fat. Saknar Neros mer uppfriskande drag i detta exemplar. MEN inte avskräckande, lite besviken bara. Sugen på mer Nero blir man!

насыщенный сложный аромат спелой сливы, черники, какао, сладких специй и кокоса. Хорошая кислотность, почти нет фруктов, какао, немного цветов. Хороший баланс, среднее тело, чуть больше средней длины, с убедительной небольшой горчинкой в конце. Очень интересно. 90/100.

Ripe plums and strong tanines. Fine texture and strong finish. Joyful stand-alone but also great with a hearty meal.

Well... kind of plummy! Red and bright and firmly acidic with a sweet/savory mix of fresh picked Prunus. After a while and overnight some volatility comes out which adds to the complexity.

Scarpetta

Classical Nero d’Avola, quite some red fruit with strawberries and raspberries. Distinctive dark purple colour. Tannines are a bit on the dominant side, acidity is ok. Certainly to combine with food (red grilled/roasted meat, tomato sauce, etc.).

Sour with an unpleasant undertow

Meh. Pretty bottle not such a pretty wine. Didn't really improve. Was ok but wouldn't bother with it again.
