Highly aromatic & enticing. Orange marlmelade, tart lemon peel, a waxy note, some apricot pastry, a spicy, exotic whiff. Complex. White tea freshness.
On the palate this shows impeccable balance. Vibrant acidity, juicy flow, an electric tension. Honeyed apricots & blood oranges, some kumquat, white tea like light tannins.
Sweet yes, but so drinkable.

Excellent. Reminds me of a Sauternes because of the great balance between sweetness and acidity, the brightness and the complexity of the various fruit and nut flavors running throughout.
